We work with Debt Management Companies to provide a range of complimentaty services, so that Debt Companies can offer more to their Clients, whilst retaining absolute control over costs.
What we do
We have been working in partnership with Debt Management Companies in the UK and abroad since our inception to provide complimentary services.
Quick, accurate tracing, and service of statutory demands are just two ways in which we assist, as well as working with debt management companies to provide bespoke services.
In addition, we also conduct creditor enquiries, visiting the Debtor and assessing their means by speaking with them directly, to assess what likelihood of recovery there actually is.
Because our Investigators are used to dealing with, and taking Statements from persons committing or attempting to commit fraud, our interview techniques are second to none in determining whether the Debtor is telling the truth regarding their circumstances, and this alone can assist our Clients in managing the debt recovery process more effectively to recover the maximum amount without resorting to expensive proceedings.
We are set up to handle high volumes and our standardised reporting means that you can quickly identify the information you require to report to your Client.
With Debt Management Companies, our fees are based on volumes.
Subject to certain criteria, we also partner with some Debt Management Companies to work on a percentage recovery basis, where cashflow is an issue. To discuss this, please contact us with details of the average age of the debts being dealt with, the average level of debt and historical recovery rates. From this information, we will be able to confirm whether we would be able to assist on this basis.
